1. What Notely is
Notely is a study platform for FSc, Matric, and related exam-board students in Pakistan. It provides content (notes, flashcards, MCQs, past-paper questions), progress tracking, and a community contribution system. By creating an account or continuing to use Notely, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email code, no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. Free accounts include 100 lifetime study actions; Pro accounts are unlimited. Approved contributions can recover free-tier actions and, at a points threshold, unlock lifetime Pro.
3. Content and contributions
Notely's content is a mix of licensed/curated material and community contributions. If you submit a content edit, flashcard, MCQ, or answer as a contributor, you grant Notely a license to use, edit, and distribute it within the platform. Contributions are reviewed before they affect other users; Notely may reject, revert, or edit any submission.
4. Payments
Pro subscriptions and one-time plans are processed through Polar and, for manual bank/mobile-wallet transfers, reviewed by our team. Prices are shown in PKR at checkout. Refunds are handled case by case, contact support.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass the action limit or paywall, scrape content at scale, submit false or abusive contributions, or use the platform to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
