1. What Notely is

Notely is a study platform for Matric, FSc, and related exam-board students in Pakistan. It provides syllabus notes, flashcards, MCQs, past-paper questions, learning outcomes, progress tracking, and personal study Decks you build for yourself. By creating an account or continuing to use Notely, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email code, no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since anyone with that inbox can sign in as you. If you add a parent's email for progress reports, only do so with their permission. Guests without an account may browse a limited number of topics before being asked to sign up.

3. Free and Pro

Every new account starts free with a welcome week: a grant of study actions on each of your first seven days, claimed one day at a time. Missing a day never resets or costs you anything. You can earn more free actions by inviting friends who join and study, and through verified promotional tasks reviewed by our team. There is a lifetime limit on promotional actions, stated in the app where you earn them.

The rule for what costs an action is simple: your own work is free, and consuming Notely's authored content is metered. Reading notes, reviewing flashcards, attempting MCQs and past-paper questions, and revealing model answers each use one action. Browsing, viewing outcomes and mastery, writing your own answers, studying your Decks, and the guided first run are free. When your balance reaches zero, study content locks until you earn more actions or upgrade, but your account, progress, saves, and Decks stay exactly as they were.

Free accounts may keep up to 5 Decks with up to 25 items each. Studying a Deck never costs an action, and archived Decks are kept indefinitely without counting toward the limit. Pro accounts get unlimited actions and unlimited Decks. Current prices are shown in PKR at checkout and on the pricing page, and you may cancel a subscription at any time.

4. Contributions and community

The human contributor programme is closed to new applications. Past contributors keep their visible badges and contribution history, but contributions no longer recover actions or count toward Pro. If you submit a correction, question, or answer through any current channel, you grant Notely a license to use, edit, and distribute it within the platform. Submissions are reviewed before they affect other users, and Notely may reject, revert, or edit any submission. Community answers carry recognition only, never actions or Pro progress.

5. Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed through Polar and, for manual bank or mobile-wallet transfers, reviewed by our team. Prices are shown in PKR at checkout. Refunds are handled case by case, contact support.

6. Study content

Notely is a study aid, not a replacement for your textbooks or your board's official syllabus. Content is being improved continuously, and some of it is still being built, so always verify critical facts against your books. If you spot an error, report it from the page where you found it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass the action limit or paywall, create extra accounts to farm rewards, scrape content at scale, submit false or abusive material, or use the platform to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
