Read structural formulae

Use structural formulae to show unambiguously how atoms are arranged in molecules.

As the syllabus states it

State that structural formula is an unambiguous description of the way the atoms in a molecule are arranged, including $\mathrm{CH}_{2}=\mathrm{CH}_{2}, \mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{CH}_{2} \mathrm{OH}, \mathrm{CH}_{3} \mathrm{COOCH}_{3}$ .
